(I want you to read this message. As soon as you finish reading it, your heart will be filled with joy. As you read, a certain power will enter your consciousness.)
Dear reader
Let's say a friend is between the ages of 7 and 70. The friend's first responsibility is to keep himself healthy and live a long life.
If you want to enjoy the fullness of life, you must be healthy. An unhealthy person cannot enjoy anything to the fullest. And then you will live a long life.
A person who is not healthy not only causes suffering to himself, but also to his children, his wife, his relatives and friends. In other words, he also causes suffering to his country.
Therefore, it is said that the first duty of a friend is to keep himself healthy and live a long life.
The purpose of writing this book is for everyone to be healthy, strong, youthful, and then live a long life. I don't want these goals to seem lofty. Health, strength, youth, and longevity are within the reach of many people. This book will try to take you there. Along the way, you will find inspiring things.
I am writing this first to encourage you to be willing to follow this book and to have faith in it.
Longevity means living beyond the current average lifespan of humans.
Let's say you can live to be over a hundred. I understand that no one wants to live long with a life where they can't eat well, can't walk, have a bent back, have hearing loss, and have poor eyesight. I also want to live long. I want to live long without broken teeth, no loose ears, no wrinkled skin, no bent back, and to be able to move around with a beautiful body.
If you have any doubts about whether it is possible, there are various references to prove that it is possible. First, I will present the following on page 156 of the Rupa Dipani, written by the venerable Leti Sayadaw.
"Only those who are skilled in the art of preventing aging can do so by planning and treating it."
As for death, it is not wise to plan and treat it so that it does not happen.
"Not to die" means not to live forever. "Not to grow old" means to prevent broken teeth, gray hair, wrinkled skin, heavy ears, narrow eyes, and loss of strength before death. This means that "not to get sick" is also a complete explanation. (Leti Sayadaw, Rupa Dipani)
The Ayurvedic medicines that can prolong and strengthen the body's natural fluids are capable of sustaining life for a very long time.
Moreover, on page 155 of this Rupadipani, it is written as follows:
"If one continues to use mercury, iron, and stone oils, which are produced by the Vijjāmaya Vidya, one will live a hundred years, even a thousand years."
After reading this last paragraph, will you think to yourself that you should bring a pot of mercury, iron, and zinc to your friend to live a long life? This potion of alchemy is not within everyone's reach. It is in a very secret place, a place of controversy. This book cannot take you there.
The path that this book will take you along is like a modern highway built with modern science. The first requirement for a friend is to firmly decide, as a good man and a good woman, that he will walk happily on this highway.
If you walk the path with a steady mind, you will first see that your health will improve. As your health improves, you will become stronger. It will not be difficult for anyone to be healthy and youthful. You will realize that living a long life is not just a dream, but a reality.
Here, if you have any misconceptions or misconceptions about your age, you need to expose them to the truth. I am old, and some kind of disease is coming. No one can avoid aging and illness. The obsessions and worries that only look at the negative and the loss often lurk in the hearts of friends. To dispel these misconceptions and worries, I would like to quote an article by Dr. David D. Stone Cypher (Jr.), MD , in the New York Times Magazine, August 18, 1957, entitled “Old Age Need Not Be ‘Old’.”
Most people expect their bodies to degenerate automatically with age and develop such frightening diseases as arthritis, cataracts and heart attacks. But these diseases are not caused by growing old. The damage is caused by persistent strain to an organ, or bad nutrition. There are probably no diseases caused by growing old. Diseases associated with old age are simply ones which require decades to develop and don't usually show up in young people. There is nothing about old age which necessitates poor health."
“As we grow older, we all have the belief that our bodies will naturally deteriorate and our health will deteriorate. We believe that the dreaded diseases of arthritis, cataracts, and heart disease are inevitable. However, these diseases are not diseases that develop because we grow older. The cause of these diseases is the constant strain on the body or the lack of proper nutrition over a long period of time. There is no reason why we can’t get any disease because we grow older. The diseases that older people suffer from often start many years before they realize they have them. When they first develop these diseases, they usually don’t show any signs of illness. Therefore, there is no such thing as poor health because we grow older.
It is very important to consume foods rich in vitamins for our body's health, strength, and youth. Dr. Thomas Asgardina, who is famous for conducting research and writing books to gain knowledge about these vitamins, stated the following.
"When we study the structure of our body parts (liver, lungs, heart, kidneys), we now see that our average
