Making your life more effective and beneficial
Develop plans that will improve your life to be more effective and positive.
You need to hire professional coaches to help you create a structure for success in your life.
You need to be open to discussing your ideas, opinions, questions, and challenges with every expert.
Once a week, you should practice presenting the basic concepts presented in this book one by one. Think in advance about the most likely and acceptable answers to the various questions that may be asked.
If there are discussions that are directly related to thinking, learning, and challenges, keep them as a record for future reference.
Pay attention to everything in your speech, behavior, and attitude to increase your influence.
Discuss what you have learned with other colleagues.
As the week ends, continue to make it a habit to consult with others in person or over the phone, ask for advice, and accept constructive criticism. If there are any improvements you can make, do them as soon as possible, day or night.
Always stay mentally active and happy so that you can perform your tasks to the best of your ability.

What manages your life?
Since your own abilities govern your life, you need to establish basic principles to create opportunities for your best performance.
Throughout our early lives, we make important decisions not only for ourselves but also for others. During that time, we strive to develop qualities and abilities that not everyone has.
During the early years of our lives, between the ages of birth and 12, we are still immature and lacking in self-confidence, so we are unable to make decisions or solve problems. Not only that, but we are also completely unaware that almost everything we perceive and understand during that time is wrong.
Early in life, throughout my childhood, I was wrong. I didn't know what was right, what should be, and what shouldn't be, so I wanted everything I didn't have. I wanted to have everything that other children had, both valuable and worthless.
As we grow older, our brains become more intelligent, and we learn to set big goals. We learn to make decisions. We also develop the courage to face challenges. Therefore, our desire to compete increases. But the problem is that we never stop climbing the ladder to reach the highest level. No matter how hard we work and achieve, we never feel satisfied.
If you want to be more successful than others through competitive efforts, you must try harder than others. You must first try to develop your own abilities to achieve the same benefits as others.
It is impossible to achieve personal potential immediately. Personal potential can only be achieved through the right approach and a balance of hard work, experience, and the ability to think and make decisions.
When we strive to improve our lives with the best management, we need to be aware of and avoid situations that have the opposite effect.
To help you avoid this, ask yourself these 2 questions:
1. Who was the person you admired, respected, and most looked up to when you were 15 years old?
2. What do your parents want you to be the most?
Both of the above questions are key to managing your life to its fullest potential.
My parents, like other parents, want me to succeed in life. And they want me to be responsible for everything I do. They want me to be happy and proud of my every success.
My parents' wishes led to all the good changes in me.
The things that have changed me are my cool-headedness and determination, my masculine demeanor, my quickness, my style, my ability to persevere without giving up easily, and my will to succeed.
With the above capabilities, I was able to perform at my best.
I was never completely satisfied with my efforts. And every night I thought about how best to find ways to continue to improve.
I became a dentist when I tried to become the successful person my parents wanted me to be.
After becoming a dentist, I faced various challenges.
I've seen the number of patients I'm responsible for seeing increase by 250 every month.
I was able to better understand the challenges I faced as those who trained me to progress and succeed.
Throughout my efforts, I have never been afraid of the difficulties I have encountered. Success is not something that comes easily, and anyone who wants to achieve it will inevitably have to pay the price.
Discovering your talent

5. Be aware of things that may trigger your automatic reactions.
6. Be patient and control possible situations with fear.
7. Keep a record of the issues you encounter every day, especially if they are unique.
