The effective formula for successful leadership... has been thoroughly researched over the past 20 years and has shown many benefits.

Thanks to the benefits of the formula described above , we have successfully produced over 15,000 great leaders from various industries, and have been able to carefully filter and take action on over 9 million pieces of information.

If you dream of listening to advice from a leader, that idea can be a lasting help to you.

" The formula Px W x R = Power score has produced over 15,000 leaders... You need to work on getting from a situation where you listen to the advice of one leader to a situation where you can listen to the advice of 15,000 leaders."

When you are fully utilizing the effective formula for successful leadership, you need to be able to master the P's (Priority ), the W's (Who ) , and the R 's ( Relationship) .

If you can successfully handle all three aspects of P (Priority), W (Who) , and R (Relationship) , you will be an effective leader.

All the topics covered in this book are detailed, including what we know, what we need to learn, what to do and what not to do in your workplace and in the roles you play, and some interesting and surprising stories to share.

The P*W*R= Power score formula has shown that some skilled leaders and employees at other levels have left the workplace and returned to their original place of employment/company, providing effective leadership to their entire team to achieve business success.

Thousands of large companies, venture capitalists, joint ventures, and social service agencies have been remarkably successful in implementing the above formula for successful leadership.

We have all faced failure before, so you will find that this book contains tips and advice to help you avoid the same mistakes we made and to avoid situations where you might make mistakes.

This will allow you to stand tall and strong in front of the team you lead.

In other words, the effective formula for successful leadership essentially refers to having the ability to achieve success in whatever you are trying to achieve.

You need to work hard to develop the skills that will lead to success, and if you take actions that undermine those skills... you will only get bad results and miss out on success.

How can you calculate the amount/scale of success you have?

Bring all your team members together and create high-performance conversations that lead to success.

When asking them to give their speeches that lead to success, ask them all questions and allow them to express their opinions.

After you ask questions as needed, listen carefully to their answers.

Your team members' answers may be hesitant at first, but you can encourage them to express their innermost feelings.

As your team members make various comments about their ability to succeed... you should patiently wait and listen.

Because the answers of your team members can become the foundational resources that drive your success and capabilities.

Then, ask your team members how much they can think about the three important points: P, W, and R.

P stands for Priorities . “Do we have any priorities?”

The W stands for Who = Whom we will work with. “Do we have someone who will work with us regularly?”

R stands for Relationship = issues of who we interact with. “Do we have the right communication relationships?”

Then, assign a score of 1 to 10 to your team members based on their effort using the P x W x R = Power score formula. (Each team member will receive a different score based on how well they can answer your questions.)

If someone gets 10 points on a scale of 1 to 10, they should be considered the highest scorer and honored.

If all three questions = 10 x 10 x 10 = 1000

The best score is = P x W x R = Power score.

If your score is actually 729 or above, the team you lead will be able to operate the business with full influence and efficiency.

Why is a score of 729 considered appropriate for 3 P x W x R ? Because the best score is 1000 for P x W x R

This is because, while it is a perfect score for all three, it is a score that cannot be achieved at all, no matter how strong the performance is.

We doubt that even “Wayne Buffett” himself could have achieved a top score of 1000.

If you score 9 for P, 9 for W, and 9 for R , then = Px W x R = Power score = 9 x 9 x 9= 729. You can set a score of 729 as the best.

A score of 729 is the highest score a human being can achieve, with the highest natural and generally accepted level of excellence.

If your team scores 729 or above... you can be considered to be leading your team with full influence. Then congratulate yourself and keep up the good work.

If your PWR score for your team is between 500 and 700... your 3 PWR scores will be = Px W x R = Power score = 8 x 8 x 8= 512. Then about 30% of your team will be able to win with their best performance.

If the score for the three PWRs drops below 500, you may not have full influence, but you will have the ability to think and reason to see who is dragging you down to such a low level of influence.

Once the team you lead drops below 500 points, you will need to take action to regain influence and increase your score to 729 points.

How do I share and use the skills I have that make me successful?

If each member of your team can use their points to represent P w R...you can start talking about the skills that lead to success.

You listen carefully to your team members' ideas and rate their best performance on the three PWR issues.

If you can perform each item well for P w R, your Power score will be
