Create a new vision for the future of leadership

Now is the time to clarify and redefine your leadership goals. You will need to re-examine and clearly write down what you value and what goals you have set for the future.

- First, think of 4 or 5 or more memories or turning points in your life that have shaped who you are today. Think back to how each of those events shaped your values.

Then, develop a long-term vision for your leadership. It's a picture of what you're going to do. Write down the kind of leader you want to be, how you want to lead your life, etc. What do you want to be in 10 years from now? And what do you want to happen to you in those 10 years? That's your own self-fulfilling prophecy.

Just remember that what you want to happen has already happened.

- Your mind is your best tool. But for a person who is angry, upset, scared, or panicked, their mind is their biggest enemy. Whether it's because you feel like your colleagues are ignoring you or disrespecting you, or because your customers are leaving you for other competitors, these negative thoughts and overthinking will only increase your anxiety. Instead, try to see what you want to be. Your surroundings care about you. Just think about the fact that you have loyal customers. Is that something you're worried about or something you want to do? Stop being afraid and act with confidence. This will create a better chance of getting what you want.

Have a work ethic.

Nature, influence, and emotion are actually cheap pleasures. If you want to be happier, take on new projects that will improve your job, your organization, and your workplace. Even if you don't have the freedom or authority to do so, there are ways to set your own agenda and take on more autonomy over tasks and projects. Treating your work as something that benefits you is a good foundation for both your job satisfaction and your future.

Take responsibility for your progress.

The responsibility for advancing your career rests squarely on your shoulders. No matter what your life circumstances, the following tips will help you excel.

> Meet with your former colleagues once a month.

To keep the environment going while talking about his work and my work.

> Have a new experience every four months.

If your job doesn't offer you opportunities, look outside of it. Volunteer for charity, take classes, attend lectures.

> Always be aware of your own abilities.

Always monitor your progress and performance. Be as honest as possible about your own strengths and weaknesses. And think about what you need to focus on in the coming years.

Increase your desire to learn.

Don’t let your ego get in the way of learning. Successful leaders are open to new knowledge and experiences. No matter how successful they are, they are always learning. If you are a master in one area, use your skills and find new areas where you can learn more. No matter what the challenges are, cultivate a willingness to learn when you encounter them. Ask questions. And think of new ways to solve problems.

Reduce the excessive "I want to be me"

One of the worst things leaders can do is to come up with a solution to their bad behavior: “It’s just me, and not everyone else.” Never think of your bad behavior as a requirement for who you are. Think about how much those bad habits are hurting your current success by thinking you can’t change them. Never think of those bad habits as innate personality traits. Instead, see them as ways to improve and fix them. You’ll be amazed at how easily you can fix them and achieve success.

Open the door to criticism.

Valid criticism is essential for innovation and problem-solving. Leadership requires all of these things, so leaders are not open to criticism. They should actively seek it out. Don’t just ask people for raw feedback. Give them the opportunity to think about and critique your ideas and methods. Criticism is a powerful way to test your ideas, and giving people and organizations the opportunity to take responsibility.
