Sun Tzu said this.

"War is a matter of great importance to every nation, a period between death and existence, a journey between survival and extinction, a science that must be carefully thought out and practiced."

There are five factors that can be used to assess a situation. They are:

• Route
• Heaven
• Earth

. Order

• Rules and regulations.

The path is one that unites the people and the ruler, living and dying together.

Heaven is the concept of "yin and yang" and refers to the weather conditions.

The earth is the land, the lowlands, the near and far, the open and the sheltered, the living and the dead.

Order means wisdom, truth, compassion, courage, and determination.

Discipline means unity, responsibility, and maintenance.

Those who know and act on these five points will win. Those who don't will face defeat.

These basic principles can also be applied to workplace governance and relationships.

Total victory

"Total victory" means achieving complete and total victory over the enemy with minimal losses on your side.

For complete victory -

(1) The enemy's hopes must be dashed.

(2) You must use your full potential.

(3) You must know the enemy's weakness.

(4) Attack from where the enemy is least expecting it.

During the battle, you must make the enemy lose hope of victory. You must make it seem as if you can easily defeat them. Use all your strength to the full. You will not waste your strength by attacking the enemy's weak point. If the enemy attacks you from an unexpected place, you will have the advantage because they are not prepared.

There are 4 conditions in the dream.

A warrior attacks because he has hope.

A hero's escape is due to a situation where he can escape.

A warrior attacks because he has no choice but to die.

A warrior flees because he no longer wants to continue fighting.

Losing a war also depends on the following three conditions.

(1) Thinking that you still have hope even when you are facing a completely hopeless situation,

(2) Believing that they will fight to the death even if there are other options,

(3) Making hasty decisions without considering the consequences.

These things lead to failure. When you are faced with a situation where there is no hope, you often think that there is still hope and take unnecessary risks. Taking unnecessary risks when there are other options is not going to yield any good results. Even if you know that you should not make such a decision, you are setting yourself up for failure.

Therefore, anyone who wants to practice total victory must understand the situation just described.

The validity of a concept depends on its understanding. Some of the ideas that have shaken the world have come from a single individual. The fate of an organization depends on the judgment and quality of its leader. There is no doubt about this.
