Prescient people are those who think ahead to the future. The distinguishing characteristic of such people is that they are interested in new possible combinations. Their minds are constantly calculating such situations. Their minds are constantly immersed in such possibilities.

So, remember that a visionary is someone who is constantly considering the possibilities of new combinations. Note in particular the word "consideration" which includes the idea of ​​imagination.

Pareto included in this category of speculators "not only businessmen who make financial and economic plans, but also everyone who innovates, everyone who reconstructs national affairs and diplomacy."

In short, this category includes people who are unhappy and frustrated with being alone in any field, and who are able to think about how to change that situation.

Another type of person that Pareto defines are rentiers. The French word rentier, when translated into English, means someone who owns the stocks of large corporations or companies. However, Pareto means moneylenders, or people who hold money in their pockets.

Pareto means that such people are regular, conventional, traditional, and uninventive. Moreover, such people are manipulated by speculators or speculators.

If you want to criticize Pareto's inclusion of the entire world population into just two classes of people, you can criticize him. You can think whatever you want, you can assume whatever you want. But we all accept that these two classes of people exist in the world. Whether they are born that way, or whether they are made that way by social environment and training, we don't need to consider it. There are indeed two classes of people.

It is true that there are such people, and I believe that even if there are special methods for generating ideas, there are many types of people who cannot be saved by any special method.

But what I think is important for the whole issue we are looking at is that there is a very large group of visionaries, or re-imaginers, in this world. They have the ability to generate ideas, thoughts. At the very least, they have the innate ability to generate ideas. However, this ability is not something that everyone has. It is something that is hard to acquire through past life merit.

There are many great people in the world. However, not everyone is gifted with the ability to be a great leader.

So, we can only hope that we are not on the list of the most talented, but we are on the list of the moderately talented.
