You will want to cherish that body,
Or I will be disgusted.
However, as long as we live in this world,
During your lifetime
That body may just be your body.
When you enter this world, you are given a body. It is a shelter designed for your mind to live in. The real you is stored in that body. Your hopes, dreams, fears, thoughts, aspirations, and beliefs that make you unique... All of these are stored in your body. Throughout your life, your mind and your body will travel together. However, your mind and your body will always be two distinct entities.
The body is the physical medium between you and the outside world. It carries you through the game we call life. It also teaches you some of the basic lessons that you will encounter as a human being. If you accept and learn the skills and lessons that your body has to offer you, you will gradually acquire invaluable insights. And you will develop spiritually. Your body will also provide you with the basic knowledge that you need to understand before you can move forward on your journey.
The body that has been given to you will be yours for the duration of your existence in the human world, in the human village. Whether you love this material thing or not. Whether you accept it or not, whether you reject it or not, this is the only body you will have in your lifetime. From the moment you take your first breath until the moment you exhale, this body will be with you.
Your body, which has been given to you, will not be exchanged or exchanged for anything you like or dislike. It will not be compensated. It is very important to transform your body not just as a vehicle that transports you from one place to another, but as a companion in your life, a friend that you love. Because only when your relationship with your body is harmonious, only when your relationship with your environment, with others, will you be harmonious.
We each have our own unique way of relating to our bodies. We all have different personalities. You may think that your body is designed to best suit your mind and desires. You may be satisfied that your body is a perfect fit for you, like a tailor-made garment. Or your body is not a perfect fit for your mind and desires. You may tend to think of it as a cage that holds your mind, desires, and beliefs in place.
Or there will be a great harmony between you and your body. You will be in harmony. You will be able to get around, you will be able to live comfortably. You will be happy. You will be satisfied with the body you have. Or you will hate the body you have. You do not like the body. It does not suit your desires. You do not like the way it is. It would be better if it were more firm than it is now. What if it were more slender than it is now. What if it were more plump than it is now. What if it were more smooth than it is now, more attractive than it is now, or what if it were more disproportionate and ugly than it is now.
Or maybe you'll cut off the connection with that body. That body was built for you from the beginning, it's been the wrong shape. It's not being touched or kissed. So you don't think about that body that you don't like or don't like. You'll decide to cut it off and forget about it.
However
My friend, no matter what you think or decide, your body is your body. It's no one else's body. And the relationship you develop with your body will greatly influence your life experiences.
The challenge of Law Number One is to be at peace with your body. When you are at peace with yourself, your body will serve you effectively in its duties and teach you valuable lessons about acceptance, self-worth, respect, and well-being.
Before a person can successfully navigate the great journey of life, they must learn and master these fundamental concepts.
