1. Whatever happens, samkara, the truth of suffering. In the event, I think of myself as a body, the true nature of the ocean.

All forms and names, the cessation of occurrences, the ultimate point of Nibbana. In the ultimate point, the awakening of consciousness, the path of insight.

2. With faith and health, with a pure heart, with great effort, I see the essence of mind and form, and these five powers,

That's right, it's a blessing.

3. Not giving up, not having a teacher, not having enough effort, not having enough energy, not having too much wrongdoing, these five are the Dhamma.

Magphol is far away.

4. Those who follow the Buddha, listen to the Dhamma, act properly, and attain the path of enlightenment, are certain to attain it.

5. I must surely die, it is only a matter of time.

6. The Four Noble Truths are the Truth of the Origin of Suffering, the Truth of the Path, and the Truth of Cessation.

7. Don't waste your precious time in life.

8. Listen to the Dhamma with your ears, and turn your mind to the body.

9. Listening to the Dhamma is one's own business, practicing the Dhamma is one's own business.

10. Listen with open ears.

11. Moving day after day without exerting the energy of Vipassana is like dying without mindfulness.

If you go, you will be hurt.

12. When practicing Vipassana, do not let defilements interfere.
