Breathe in and out
The ancient Hindu sages practiced the in-breath and out-breath a lot. What they sought was a personal knowledge called the science of in-breath and out-breath. If you try this knowledge, you will find that it can bring many benefits. It is part of the yogic knowledge. Those who want to experience the greatest peace of mind in this life should study it for a few months.
A person who has good control over breathing exercises can live a long, healthy, and happy life.
Reducing the frequency of breathing, shortening the length of breathing, and changing the direction of breathing can make you young and healthy even in old age. Because breathing is life itself. If you breathe correctly, you will live long. If you waste your breathing without discipline, you will grow old quickly. All exercises and movements make your breathing faster and longer. When you are not healthy, you cannot breathe properly. People's exhalations are measured. A person who can inhale and exhale 16 to 17 times a minute, or a person who can exhale a thousand times an hour, can live a hundred and twenty years longer and maintain a youthful appearance.
Improper breathing due to bad habits, excessive eating, and other factors shortens life. Life does not come in and out of both nostrils at the same time. A little investigation will show that this is true. Human life, like the tides of the sea, is controlled by the movements of the sun, moon, and stars, and we must breathe according to them. The sun and the moon are especially controlled. The ebb and flow of the tides also depend on the sun and the moon.
Every new moon, the breath is taken either through the left nostril or the right nostril at a specific time, either during the day or at night. It is rare for both nostrils to be taken at the same time.
Ancient Hindu sages believed that there were three important magnetic channels, or nadis, in the human body.
On the left side of the spinal cord is the Merudanda, on the right side is the Ida Nadi, and on the inside of the spinal cord is the Susammana Nadi. It is called the Ida Kala. It is called the Pingala Kanai. It is called the Susammana Kanai.
The Idha Nadi enters and leaves through the left nostril. The main stream enters and leaves through the right nostril. When it enters and leaves through both nostrils, it is called Susamana. This is very difficult. The breathing changes daily and every two weeks. One nostril usually breathes for an hour. In one cycle of the sun, both nostrils change twenty-four times. The ancient sages studied and taught the breathing process very carefully. The health or ill health of a person can be known by the breathing before it becomes unhealthy. Because changes in breathing at the wrong time are a sign of impending illness. By the breathing process, one can also tell the time correctly. When asked what time it is, the left side breathes, the right side breathes. There are many people in India who can tell the time correctly by the length of time they breathe.
After the new moon, in the morning, start breathing through the Idan Nadi. Breathe through the left nostril. After an hour, the habit changes. On the first morning after the full moon, start breathing through the Glan Nadi. If you breathe regularly like this, you will be lucky and healthy for the first two weeks of the week. If you do not breathe like this and continue to do so, you will be unlucky and unhealthy for the whole two weeks. Anyone can change an unlucky breathing pattern into a lucky breathing pattern. If you hold a hard object between your left armpits, you will breathe through the right nostril. If you hold a hard object between your right armpits, you will breathe through the left nostril. | When you breathe through the Idan Nadi, you will do good deeds. When you breathe through the Panglan Nadi, you will succeed in doing bad deeds. Since the Panglan Nadi is the Sun, breathing through it helps to digest food. It can cure cough. You will not feel weak after doing physical exercises. The Idanadi is windy and increases coughing. However, the wise say that it is good to do any kind of work.
When breathing from the Idha Nadi, the abdomen is automatically purified. When breathing from both nostrils in the manner called Susanna, all mental and spiritual work is done.
Success, failure, birth, death, good or bad, all are possible through the power of knowledge.
The Yoga and Tantric texts say. In short, it can cause all the happiness and suffering that people have. Pranayama means the cessation of breathing. The cessation of breathing is very useful for the flow of meditation. Such a cessation is called the kambhak peace. The longer this peace lasts, the more successful the work of yoga becomes. When the yogi is thoroughly mastered in this work, he can remain buried under the earth for months or even years.
Those who want to learn this skill can learn it quickly by getting a teacher who is experienced in it. There are two things that are the first aid to practice yoga. They are the asanas, or sitting postures. Another aid to yoga is pranayama. For a yogi, this practice is to concentrate on something.
Pranayama is a practice that should be practiced 2-3 times a day with a teacher who is really good at sitting. In yoga and tantra, small exercises are beneficial for health and healing. Those who try to breathe correctly are free from any disease. If the whole body is weak and the blood is cold, lie on your back and breathe deeply and slowly. As you breathe, remember that your feet, hands, knees, elbows, hips, shoulders, abdomen, liver, lungs, and brain are healthy. The heart will become healthy by itself.
In focused imagination, focus on the toes first.
