Village and library
Literature is an example that can indicate the living standard of a nation. As the saying goes, “If literature is high, the nation will be prosperous.” If the level of literature is high, the living standard of the nation in that country will also develop. The places where people with little knowledge of literature live are underdeveloped and are very low compared to the developed countries in the world. Moreover, because they have little knowledge of literature, they can be influenced and manipulated by others. Literature can open up their minds and distinguish right from wrong. Therefore, the value of literature for a country and a nation is very great.
In order to develop and modernize our own region, our own village, our own region, we must strive to enrich our knowledge and wisdom. We must guide and support the uneducated to become wise, and the poor and needy to become rich in knowledge. If we can teach even the illiterate to become literate, we can persuade those who do not want to read to want to read. If they can read, they will read cartoons, comics, and storybooks with interest. Through this, we need to train them to read literature such as newspapers, journals, and magazines wherever they are available. The most basic thing for everyone to be able to read is to establish libraries in every village.
An educated person can lead the country to progress. Reading can enhance knowledge and ideas and help develop human resources. Those with knowledge understand the value of a library. Those with little knowledge do not understand the value of a library. Going to a library to read is something that cannot be exchanged for anything. The capital you pay for going to a library is time. If you spend a little of your own time in the library, the benefit you will get back is a huge amount of ideas and knowledge. All rural people can gain knowledge by reading literature in the library and make meaningful choices and shape their lives. Therefore, it is really necessary to establish libraries in every village that help all rural people to be rich in knowledge and develop.
A library is not just a place where books and other literary materials are collected and used for reading. Nor is it a place established just for reading. It is a bridge between literature and the reader. Some ideas from the book are embedded in the reader's mind, and the ideas from the reader are also left behind. Therefore, a library is a place that disseminates knowledge. In other words, it is a kind of "public university" where those who want to learn can freely seek education on their own. Village libraries are helping to develop the intellect and morals of students and young people, to increase the knowledge and knowledge of rural people, and to develop the country. The systematic existence and eternal survival of village libraries, which are places where knowledge is spread, is very important.
To ensure the survival of village libraries, not only the rural people but also every citizen has a responsibility to meet their needs. First, to become a society that is always learning, we must train and nurture people who are always learning. It is also necessary to create opportunities for learning. Just as we make the illiterate literate, we need to prepare reading spaces, books, and reading materials to help those who are able to read read useful books. Only then can village libraries survive forever.
The habit of reading can increase human intelligence. If intelligence increases, performance will also increase. As the saying goes, “Knowledge is in the written word,” reading can help us gain knowledge from the written word and become wise. Reading not only increases knowledge but also removes false beliefs. People should read not only for pleasure but also for knowledge. As stated in the teachings of the Maharashtrian Buddha, “Remember that which is worth remembering,
Reading habits can increase human intelligence and also increase performance. A person with high performance will never have to settle for a low life. They will always find ways to have a better life. Then, better
As people acquire a better life, their standard of living will also increase. Therefore, all villagers should read and study literature in village libraries to improve their standard of living.
All rural people can gather knowledge and literature in the village library, which will help the villages and surrounding villages to develop. They can stand in line with the times. Due to the wealth of knowledge, rural people have also been able to transform from artisanal farming to industrial farming. Modern science and technology can also develop in line with time. The most basic of the nation
As villages and rural people develop, the nation can also develop. Therefore, libraries should be established in villages to help the nation develop and become a modern and developed country.
In short, literature can help us gain knowledge and become aware. If we have knowledge, we will be willing to serve the interests of the country. A person who lacks knowledge will not serve the interests of the country and the people, but will only destroy the country. Only literature can guide us to become aware. Libraries are essential for being aware. We should open libraries to encourage people to read and make efforts to make libraries live and sustainable. I urge all the villagers to establish libraries in every village to enlighten their knowledge.
