A letter of exhortation from Lord Rewa Taranthi
This book is valuable. Although many Buddhist literature books have appeared in Myanmar, no such book on the geography of the Buddha has ever been published as a separate book. Therefore, this “Buddhist World Geography Book” fills a gap and is a very valuable book for Buddhists and people of other religions. I hope that the reader of this book will study this book carefully and many times, and will come to the same conclusion as the author.
There are always those who do not like it. However, I have personally experienced that some people who call themselves practitioners of meditation today are wrongly rejecting the teaching of the Pitaka literature, the three branches of the Dharma that the Buddha preached, namely, the Pariyatti Dharma, the Patipatti Dharma, and the Pativedha Dharma, and the work of spreading the Dharma. Only some people who reject the Pariyatti Dharma, those who frown and criticize before studying it carefully, those who admire foreign literature and despise Buddhist literature, will think that this book is useless and superfluous. A scholar with a long-term perspective. Especially the thorns, thorns, and thorns of Buddhism, It is a book that will be a good weapon in combating the dangers of religious persecution that are greater than ever before and will be encountered with correct doctrine. It is clear that many Buddhists with farsighted wisdom will support and rejoice that it will be a book that will be useful as a good weapon. It seems that many have encountered many difficulties. This monk, who wrote the book, paid special attention to the Vinaya Dharma, built a monastery (Aranyakam Dhutin) and taught more than eighty monks Buddhist literature, which is the path of the Buddha, and he himself practiced the Vinaya and Suttas, practiced meditation, and patiently instructed those who wanted to practice meditation, regardless of their individuality. This Dharma is not associated with honor, As a book written purely out of love, it was extracted from the scriptures and illustrated with numerous blocks of pictures to make it easy for readers to understand clearly. It faced difficulties in compiling it, the lack of money to print it, the difficulty of repeatedly failing over three years due to insufficient funds, the high cost of printing paper, etc. However, due to the generosity of the scribe who wanted to distribute it as a gift to spread the true teachings of the Buddha, and the generosity of the individuals who worked hard to complete the book with their work and advice, it was able to overcome these difficulties and successfully print it and distribute it as a “gift of charity.” Please read it many times. Despite these difficulties, I would like to urge all true believers of Buddhism to read and memorize the information in the “Buddhist World Geography Book” from beginning to end many times so that it can be absorbed and used to spread the true teachings of the Buddha.
I would like to distribute this book to everyone. Although there are many people who want to distribute this book to Buddhists and people of other religions, there is no volunteer to print many books yet. Therefore, with all the money, I will print the first edition of (1000) books (a little and a little) and distribute them mainly to Buddhist religious associations, libraries, reading societies, Pitaka libraries, Dhamma book libraries, and embassies where readers can see and remember.
I would like to express my gratitude to this person. I would like to express my gratitude to the members of the Thudhammawaddy team, including Saw Naung (Yan Phon Khin Saepar) and Hla Myint, who have been responsible for the various departments involved in this book, and who have helped the author in various ways, both with their advice and their work. I would also like to express my gratitude to the members of the Thudhammawaddy team, including U Thein Han, U Htay Myint, U Phone Kyaw, and Daw Kyin Swe, who have been responsible for the printing of this book.
Despite the diligent preparation. As assigned by the scribe who is the author of the “Buddhist World Geography Book”, the writer of this letter, while carrying out the religious duty of studying the scriptures of the “Dhammasariyan” and performing the duties of a religious servant, has made every effort to improve the spelling, punctuation, word order, syntax, and arrangement of the text, there may still be a few mistakes. I request you to be patient and read these mistakes.
