This is a ' philosophical' letter .

Philosophy is a book that makes you think while reading, and it is also a book that makes you think while reading.

When I say thought, I don't mean a poem that is full of ideas and is full of thoughts. I mean the process of penetrating and devising ideas to understand the true nature of the world, just as scientists explore and investigate to understand the nature of the world as it really is.

Here are presented ideas about the improvement of life for humans. These ideas are called "Golden Mountaineering Philosophy". The reader should read this book as a Golden Mountaineering person.

When a mountaineer sets out on a mountaineering trip, he first chooses a mountain to climb. He considers whether the height of the mountain is equal to his strength and whether he can reach the summit. He looks for the necessary equipment. He looks for and chooses companions. Once everything is in place, he must choose the time to climb the mountain. Preparation is essential for every mountaineer.

Climbing a mountain means going high. It means striving to reach the top.

It is difficult, tiring. Very dangerous. You can't do it in a hurry, you can't do it quickly, you have to start from the bottom and climb. The higher you get, the more anxious you become. You can't rest until you reach the top. When you reach the top, you feel a moment of relief. However,

The wind blows harder on the top of the mountain. You are more exposed to wind, rain, and cold. The mountain you climbed is considered the highest.

When he reached the top of the mountain, he saw a row of higher mountains standing tall in front of him. Then he realized that he had not yet reached the highest point. Then dissatisfaction arose again. The desire to climb a higher mountain arose again. Thus, the golden mountaineering journey of a human being's life began, step by step.

The philosophy of climbing the Golden Mountain is the same. If the reader reads and thinks about it, he will understand it. There are many stages in the journey of climbing the Golden Mountain of life. There are many heights. It is up to you to decide which stage and height you will climb.

If a traveler is on a journey that he has never been on before, he must have a guide. He should have a person who knows the way as his guide. He is said to have made a mistake in his journey. He has not reached the destination after a long time. If he is not careful, he may slip and fall into a pit. But if he has a guide, he will not go astray. However, there is not only one way to climb a mountain. There may be many ways.

A mountaineer should choose the easiest path, the closest path, the least dangerous path, the most comfortable path, the right path that will lead to the right destination at the right time.

'The Philosophy of Golden Mountaineering' is a ' manual on how to choose the right path' that presents the methods for mountaineers, the first-class men, to choose the right path when there are wrong paths and right paths .

If any wise person would kindly suggest a better method, I would be happy to accept it. If any unwise person has read or heard this "Golden Mountain Climbing Philosophy" and gained some wise thoughts, I would be happy too.

Special thanks to all those who helped make this document possible.

Introduction

Golden Mountain Climbing Guide

One day, a student from the university came to me. I also met him when he was about to go to the Buddha. The student asked, "Where are you going, teacher?" When I told him about going to the Buddha, he asked, "What are you going to do with the Buddha?"

"I go to the Buddha to do Dhamma work, to do good deeds," I replied, and the disciple replied, knowing everything about me.

"How so? Is it because you can now believe in Buddhism?"

Then I answered boldly and clearly, "Yes, I now not only believe in the Buddhist teachings but also become a devotee of the Three Jewels." At this, the disciple said, " Tell us, teacher, what things do you find to believe in ?" and followed him to the Shwedagon Pagoda.

"I can't tell you what I find to be trustworthy in one sitting, but I will show you one good point to believe and practice in one sitting, so that you will be amazed," he said, and took him to the Shwedagon Pagoda.

When he reached the corner of the square, he said to the disciple, "You wait here. I will meditate for forty-five minutes. During this time, you open your eyes and ears and study everything you see and hear on the Buddha."

The disciple sat there and stared. When I came to him, I asked, "Tell me, what do you see?"

"I didn't see anything unusual. I don't know which country it was earlier. I saw a president come to Shwedagon Pagoda and pay homage. The rest is as usual. Today is a full moon day, so I see people crowding the pagoda," he said.

I said

"Hey, that's all you see, how many of those people do you think you'll be thinking about?"

'What's the difference, sir? Even if it's not one hundred thousand, it's probably sixty or seventy thousand.'

"The number doesn't matter, what kind of people are there in terms of rank?"

'Well, rich people, poor people, presidents, ministers, generals, diplomats. "That's right, that's right, all classes."

"Of course."

"If so, tell me what you think. What are they doing?"

"They come to worship the Buddha and make offerings, sir. Some of them must also come to practice the Dhamma like you."

"Is it true that you said that all the people seen above came because they revere the Buddha, because they are happy and content to be sheltered by the Buddha's shadow, because they find peace in practicing the teachings that the Buddha taught, and because they remember the Buddha's merits?" "That's true, sir."

"If so, who instigated and organized all these individuals to gather here in this group? Who forced them?"

'I'm not forcing you, you come of your own free will, of your own free will, sir.'

. ' 'So, out of the hundreds of thousands of people, how many people do you think are there who are dissatisfied and unhappy with this and who don't want to come?'

"No one is here, sir." " Are you sure? " " I think so, sir." "So, what about you?"

"I came of my own accord, sir. I remember that no matter how hot my heart was, when I arrived at this temple, I would feel cool and peaceful."

'This is a feeling that everyone experiences, that's why good people and people with good hearts who only want peace of mind take refuge in this Buddha's shadow. Why do you think people experience this special peace?'

"I don't know, sir. It is true that I feel the peace and tranquility. I cannot deny that." "Yes, then, if you say that the feeling of that peace and tranquility is due to the courage of the Buddha and the descendants of the four-headed Buddhas enshrined in the Shwedagon Pagoda, would you deny it?"

He was thinking indecisively. I asked him again.

"You've studied physics, haven't you?" "Yes, you have."

'Among those, you know about the principle of gravity, right?'

"Oh, what is the force of gravity on Earth?" "Oh, tell me, have you ever seen that force of gravity ?" " No, I haven't. "

"I've never seen it, but don't you feel the effects of that gravity?"

"I can feel it"

"Likewise, if you took a battery-powered radio and turned it on, wouldn't you hear sounds from somewhere in the world?"

"I'll come out, sir."

"So you deny that there are effects of energy everywhere?"

'I can't deny it, sir. Is this related to the earlier relics, sir?'

"'It's related, very related, you know how much atomic energy is in a handful of uranium ore, right?" "Yes, I know."

"If you know, think about it this way. You have to think about how much energy there is in the Buddha's essence. It's not difficult. Among the energies, there are heat, cold, and heat, right?" " There is ."

"So, Buddha, what would you say if I said that the energy emanating from the Buddha's body is cold energy and therefore cools people's hearts?"

"'Yes, sir, are you thinking about the teacher's writing?" " Oh, you think I'm thinking about it. Then I'll tell you something. You should try to worship me now." "' The teacher said, "

"Hey, boy, am I not your teacher who has been kind to you? By my life and honor, am I not worthy of your respect?"

"I deserve it."

"I understand, I deserve it, but you don't want to worship me because you think you deserve it for nothing, right?"

He didn't know what to say. I continued.

"I'm telling you this because I want you to know the difference. You see it there, right? Everyone, regardless of their wealth or status, is making offerings to the Buddha, worshipping him. How much do they respect him, how much do they rejoice in him? If you are still reluctant to worship your teacher, do you think people will worship a mediocre person?"

'Which one should I worship, teacher?'

'Yes, people have pride. All that pride is crushed beneath the feet of the Buddha. People are very happy and delighted to give away their hard-earned possessions, diamonds, and gold to the Buddha, who is not alive. Think about it, those possessions are not for the Buddha. Don't treat the Buddha like a human being. Go and accept donations from me, just as I am a human being. Do you think people will donate? '

'What will you donate?' the teacher asked.

'I won't donate, I'm sure. But you're the one who receives donations. You've seen people come and donate to the Buddha with great faith. Did the Buddha tell you to donate to me like that?'

'No'

"Why do people have so much love and faith in God, even without saying anything?"

'I can't think without you, sir.'

"That's what parami is, my students. You've seen that people are the same, but their parami is different, their fortune is different, right?"

'Yes, sir, yes, I've thought about it. The Buddha was enlightened over 2,500 years ago, and it's been a long time since he passed away, but the fact that he has such an influence on people to this day is due to the power of the Buddha, isn't it?'

"You understand, of course, that the Buddha also predicted that after 5,000 years of the Dhamma, all these elements would disappear and the Dhamma would disappear. That is one thing. In fact, the Buddha had to work hard for a long time to be able to attract people's hearts with such a powerful force."

'What do you mean, teacher?'

"Even after his passing away, the Buddha was not able to make people worship the Three Jewels for exactly 5,000 years. He had to practice the ten perfections for a long period of four hundred thousand years and a hundred thousand worlds. He had to make great sacrifices. He had to do things that no one else could do, many times more than other human beings. After many lives of continuous effort, he achieved this final life, which is the highest and most noble of all human beings, gods, and Brahmas. There is no need to deny this. Without doing this, there is no way to achieve this life. Otherwise, everyone would be a god. Would you deny this?"

"I don't deny it, sir, but.. ' What's the but? There's no but here, there's nothing to be suspicious of."

"No, sir, I just want to know your thoughts on this."

'Oh, that's not what I'm saying. I've spent my whole life studying philosophy, you know. I've been to all the major world religions and ideologies, and I've never found anything that can calm my heart like Buddhism. But, every time I go to the pagoda, I think, why do people worship Buddha so much? Buddha never said that he would save you from all your sins. He just told you that it's your karma, if you do something, you will suffer, you will be punished, you will be punished, you will be punished, you will be punished. He is just a guide, but people love his teachings very much, because it is only partially true. Not everyone can know the Noble Truth, but he has a very pure and upright nature. Think about it, he is a human being. Although he is a human being, he has personally demonstrated that he is worthy of worship and worship by all human beings. And I don't go around saying that only I can achieve this kind of life, and you can't do it. Anyone who has a strong desire to achieve the highest and most noble state can do it, and anyone who wants to achieve a peaceful state can do it. He showed us the path (Magga Dhamma) that anyone can follow if they want to achieve the highest and most noble life of their choice.

"It is difficult for a person to reach the place they want to go if they do not know the way. If they know the way, they can get up and walk. When I realized this, I realized that I had gained the opportunity to do it on my own, which is not available in any religion. In the past, I lived a life where I had to pretend to be kind to others so that they would not want to help me. I lived in fear of being punished if I did something that others did not like. Now I am free, and I can see the great golden mountain of life. If I climb that golden mountain, no one will stop me. I have the opportunity to climb it on my own. The one who showed me how to climb the golden mountain to know this was the Buddha. That is why I have now become a true devotee of the three jewels who has accepted the teachings of the Buddha . "

Yes, indeed. The Golden Mountain Philosophy that I have written here is also the teachings of my teacher, my devotee, the Buddha, the wise and wise, who guided me. I believe that this letter will testify that these teachings are truly beneficial for the advancement of human life.
