As business owners, we face many challenges every day. Among the challenges are dissatisfaction with one of the managers assigned to the group, or a new manager, or a customer.
Sometimes, the problems we face include not being able to best control a coworker who seems to be interfering with our ability to collaborate and our best efforts.
If you are a boss, you will help each team you manage to improve and complete tasks faster and smarter, in the best possible way.
If you are an employee, you will strive to be the best in the area of work you are responsible for, and you will be proud and aware of the progress in each area of work.
Whether we are employers (boss) or employees, we are responsible for doing the best job we can. The author (businessman) "Ron Klock" has done the best job with the above responsibilities and accountability for the entire business he led.

Introduction
I, Ron Klock, have the ambition to establish a world-renowned school that will greatly contribute to the businesses and business schools, management and leadership training institutions around the world.
I was responsible for a full-time education program for thousands of students. I also had to raise the necessary funds for the school and students I founded. I also had to frequently visit my business and the professionals I worked with in different countries around the world to develop and guide them in their success plans.
I would like to tell you about a very special young man. His name is “Andy” and he dropped out of school to start working. Andy started working at a young age, but he had no idea what he would get out of it, or how much effort he would have to put in to get it.
“Andy” was a person who knew absolutely nothing about business. But over a short period of time, he gradually began to understand how the people around him operated and what their methods were. “Andy” gradually gained momentum and success by implementing the methods I had taught him.
To become the best contributor to your organization, you need to first consider which of your personality traits and behaviors might be a good fit for your business. So, you may find yourself engaging in one of the following behaviors:
* Which of the following are you?
- -You may have once been the person who transported and communicated company documents from one place to another, and now you may be the one who remembers how you handled things in the past.
- -You may be working hard for the company, but your skills may not be showing up to the satisfaction of your boss.
- -You may be the one who receives less pay than others in the organization but is given more responsibilities.
