A vibrant nation
It is the nature of the cycle of life to go up and down like a bird flying in the sky. We will experience prosperity and poverty. We will experience unity and disintegration. We will experience times of prosperity and times of defeat and never recover.
The history of the Burmese people has seen periods of prosperity and stability. It has also seen periods of poverty, unrest, rebellion, and destruction, and has been beset by three disasters. If we look at history in its true context, we can consider the good, the bad, and the benefits.
Due to the unjust oppression and occupation of the British colonialists, the Burmese people lost their power and lost their country in 1824/1852 and 1885. In 1948, they were able to reestablish their own country and people. After 124 years of colonial oppression, they struggled and rose up. After more than a hundred years of oppression and bloodshed, they liberated their motherland for fifty years.
As a free nation, we have overcome all kinds of difficulties and obstacles and have carried them through to this day. We have suffered from the pain of separation, division, and trauma.
The country has not yet escaped from being an underdeveloped country during the 20th century.
The twenty-first century is a new era, a time of red blood. The fires of war and the ashes of the 1992 war, which divided the world, killed each other, and spread their empires, were the cause of the
Later, there was a significant ceasefire. The armed groups have joined forces with the military government, which has prioritized the following three tasks:
(1) The Union shall not be disintegrated, (2) National unity shall not be disintegrated, and (3) Sovereignty shall be maintained.
The military and the people are working hard to develop the region and build economic infrastructure as soon as possible. The destructive forces have been eliminated and the constructive and constructive forces have arrived, so the danger of the Union of Myanmar collapsing has decreased. The sustainable and development side has been effectively strengthened. The people are enjoying the taste of peace throughout the country. The rule of law. There are no thieves or bandits. There are no rebels or riots. There is complete stability. With peace and freedom, agriculture and trade have also improved more than before. Education, health, and people-to-people relations have improved.
With peace and stability, the prospects for development are very good. Stability and development are interrelated. Security and prosperity are mutually supportive. With security and stability, the power of the people is effective. Then, development and prosperity are not far away. Before peace and security, there is no hope for economy and prosperity. If all the economic resources are used for destructive activities, wouldn't we just be breeding deer and eating tigers? They were short-sighted and narrow-minded.
Now, leaders at all levels can see the world situation from a broader perspective. They understand that domestic strength must be united. They know the danger of a divided nation pulling a tiger. No one benefits from division. The new world, called The New World Order, emerged in the post-Cold War era. It was a time when the powerful were aggressive, bullying, and subjugating the smaller nations. Even the United Nations was used as it pleased and ignored as it did not.
The 21st century is a very dangerous and wild wilderness. We must be vigilant. The Western world, which has a reputation as the world's police force, is beginning to have a delusional view that it is responsible for manipulating and resolving all global affairs. It thinks that it is the most powerful in the world. It thinks that it is in the role of the main decision-maker. Many years ago, Alexander the Great (356-323 BC) once thought this way. The Mongol emperor Genghis Khan also thought this way. The French emperor Napoleon Bonaparte (1769-1821) also thought this way after he invaded and conquered all of Europe. In the end, everyone knows.
The West fought the Cold War with the East from 1920 to 1990. In 1991, the Soviet Union collapsed. The Warsaw Pact collapsed and became a shambles. The socialist countries were beset by thousands of problems and were impoverished. They bowed their heads to the West and received financial and technical assistance, and were in a state of decline. The People's Republic of China also adopted a new economic system. It moved towards a market economy. The coastal provinces established special economic zones and opened up the private sector. Two systems were implemented in one country. In Vietnam, the Communist Party remained in power, but it changed to an open market economy. The absolute power of the workers and peasants was no longer the only power to destroy the poor, but the private sector was also offered to cooperate with both foreign and domestic investors.
China, Vietnam, and Cuba may claim to be communists and socialist, but the year 2000 is different from the 1950s, 60s, and 70s.
No one could compete with the West in terms of size and strength. The balance of power shifted significantly after the Soviet Union disintegrated into 15 countries.
The United States and NATO airstrikes on Yugoslavia over a period of about 80 days, beginning in April 1999, dropping over 7,000 tons of bombs, even hitting the Chinese embassy, are clear evidence of this.
They bombed the area because they had misread the map. The Chinese embassy building was destroyed and three diplomats and journalists were killed. The West has long hated the Yugoslavian Union, which had been a socialist country for about 50 years (under President Tito) and had been an active leader in the Non-Aligned Movement. Now, they are gathering and bullying everyone. It is a good lesson to learn.
The unjust, aggressive, and oppressive wars of the West failed in the Korean War and were humiliatingly defeated in the Vietnam War. Now, things are completely different from the past in the 1940s, 60s, and 70s.
Modern attacks are multidimensional warfare, employing all manner of methods:
(1) Social Means (2) Political Means (3) Economic Means (4) Ideological Means (5) Propaganda Means (6) Military Means
(They mainly used modern and powerful electronic warfare in the air and navy.)
They use various methods and methods of coercion from all sides to make them respect and obey them. They are also cleverly penetrating through radio, TV, satellite media, movies, music, etc. Especially, all the youth of today, who are supposed to protect the culture and the country, may they be wise and discern the various tricks of some foreign powers that are constantly attacking and destroying us in the form of a multi-sided war and consciously resist and destroy them. May Myanmar remain a vibrant nation as long as the world exists.
