Author's note

The author has written about 12 books on health from the perspective of Myanmar medicine. These books cover a variety of topics for all ages, men, women, and young people. He has written books on stroke, and books on heat and cold, which are often overlooked by many people, and on lifestyle habits and dietary mistakes (for example, drinking too much hot water at night is more harmful than drinking too much poison).

This book is not for everyone, but is written specifically for those over 40, 50, 60, and 70.

Life begins at over 40,

If it falls to 50, be careful.

Over 60 is considered excessive.

If you are over 70, be prepared.

For those who are fascinated by the beauty of the world, those who are comfortable in society and life, those who cannot be separated from their attachments, those who are pursuing business and education, those who are born into wealth and forget about health.

The tragedy of being unexpectedly diagnosed one day after turning 40, a disease that I didn't know when I had been sick, a blood test and X-ray results that showed I had high blood pressure and diabetes, a heart attack and kidney failure, a fatty liver and cirrhosis, and a cancerous tumor, a chronic disease that requires long-term treatment, a lung disease, and a life where all the money I earned and saved was spent on treatment,

To prevent this situation from happening, we are distributing all the health knowledge we know so that we can think before the negative health effects caused by wrong choices, such as food and behavior, occur instead of wasting time chasing after business and opportunities.

The author's father turned 81 on 9-1-2014. He is now 82 years old. Unlike the elderly, he can still eat, drink, sleep, and even climb up and down a four-story building.

The author's younger brother, who is over 50 years old, has no family history of diabetes and high blood pressure and is in poor health. He is an anesthesiologist himself. Throughout his life,

When he was in school, he was busy with education and after school, he was busy with patients, but when he was over 40, he started getting sick. He was treating patients and didn't take care of himself. Now, he has trouble eating every day, not being able to eat sweets or sweets. When he is over 50, he eats mindfully, as he says, he eats mindfully. He eats what he likes and doesn't like, he can't eat too much, and he doesn't feel full if he eats too little.

The author himself is healthy. He is healthy thanks to the respect he has shown to his parents and teachers throughout his life. However, he is not healthy by being careless. He is healthy by living and eating mindfully and being very careful. He can only be healthy by carefully considering the three elements of food, behavior, and action (time, ego, and karma).

It is a reasonable age. I would like to encourage the authors' literary friends who read this book to also reflect on it.

When the author publishes books, he wants to provide readers with knowledge and health information that is in line with the value of the book. The author's friend and publisher, Sayar U Nyan Aung from Alin Thit Bookstore, is also equally generous. With this mutual generosity, if readers can live a healthy life thanks to one of our books, one article, they will gain merit, be satisfied, and gain many joys.
