Still doing good.

Being able to catch a fish

To develop people

The key is.

Ken Blanchard & Spencer Johnson

From the One Minute Manager...

Catching good work is a very smart thing to do in management. The problem is that most managers are very good at catching the mistakes of their employees. Spend at least an hour a week walking around the workplace. I often advise “managers” to catch the things that employees praise.

When praising good work, it is important to be specific and specific. It is pointless to just look around and say things like, "That's great, that's great, that's great," or "Thank you." If you say things like, "That's great," to both the poor and good employees, you are making fun of the poor person. It can also demoralize the good person.

When employees are praised for their good work, they are more satisfied with their work and are motivated to continue working hard. Be careful:

- Praise immediately.

- Give specific reasons and praise.

- Encourage them to keep trying.

These methods can also be beneficial if practiced at home.

Social relationships will become broader and stronger.

He is doing well.

He was pleased and proud of himself.

Practical application of the One Minute Manager ......

In the book The One Minute Manager, Spencer Johnson and I are proud of ourselves.

I wrote that those who are doing well are doing well. After the book came out, I started treating myself well, and then I hoped that he would respond well.

I realized that the old social communication method was being reinvented. The book, The One Minute Manager, has turned that idea upside down.

Now, everything our team does is to help people perform well. If you do well, it shows that you tried.

They have something to be proud of because they have achieved something.

A smart leader prioritizes the performance of his employees in two ways.

(a) Make sure they know what to do,

(b) Support for completing these tasks;

They provide encouragement and training as needed.

If you want to become a leader, your role is to...

It's bigger than you think.

You will see. You can help people become successful.

Gaining power and authority.

As expected

Accurate, correct, regular

See if you can do it.

Don't delay in praising.

Ken Blanchard & Spencer Johnson

From the One Minute Manager...

Many leaders are good-hearted, but they are too lazy to praise their own people.

I tend to wait until the task is completed successfully. If this continues, they will have to wait forever. In order to be completely accurate as expected, the details need to be precise and accurate. It is more natural to monitor and praise progress. Because it is a moving target.

You ask a newborn baby to stand up and tell him to walk. The baby tries to walk, but he falls. So why doesn't he walk when you tell him to walk?

Hit. Do you do this? They don't. Make the child stand up. Even if he is a little wobbly, if he can stand up, praise him by saying, "Hey, you can stand up." Hug and kiss him. The next day

I tried to take a step. Then I would praise and encourage him again. In this way, the child would become confident and eventually he would walk. The same goes for adults. Watch and praise him for one thing. At first, he would do well if he did it right.

I have seen many employees who are lazy during work hours. But when it comes to work, they are more active. Around 5 pm, they happily walk from the office to the golf course, tennis court, or the children's playground where they are responsible for teaching. People are active in a job where they can get feedback on their efforts. Feedback is important to people. They want to know how far they have come. In order to provide this information on a regular basis, it is necessary to have individual evaluation records.

Some managers keep a record of their employees' weaknesses and shortcomings, and then criticize them when they make a small mistake, or reveal them at the mid-year performance review meeting. Others cover up their own department's weaknesses and say, "Everything is fine." Employees who are bullied and humiliated often lose respect for their own department and their own work.

Feedback is the most effective and cost-effective way to improve performance and workplace satisfaction. It's quick to do, doesn't cost anything extra, and if something goes wrong, it can be corrected quickly.

If you don't allow it, no one will.

I can't bring you down.

Eleanor Roosevelt

Every time I enter the world, I enter with the belief, “No one can touch my pure, clean skin.” I firmly believe that God does not make mistakes. I am not saying that I am flawless. I do not need to be corrected. I am saying that I am perfectly balanced in my original inner self, and that I am OK.

I decided to be calm like that. So when I encounter things to learn, I can accept them easily. When people criticize me for not doing what I wanted to do, I don't take it as if they want to call me a "bad person." I live my life. I believe that I will be judged for what I do, so I will not accept such criticism and will no longer have the attitude of defending myself, but rather see what I can learn from their criticism and how I can learn from it.

The great theologian Norman Vincent Peale said that every day we have two choices: to see ourselves positively or to see ourselves negatively. Why would we choose the second option?
