5 kyats of fish paste

3 tablespoons green fish paste

- Apply the fish paste to a moistened wooden board and press it gently with your hands.

- Make small indentations on the fish paste with your fingers.

Pounded shrimp paste

- Wash and chop the green chilies.

- Peel the garlic.

- Bake the fish paste as described in step 1.

2 tablespoons dried shrimp powder

8 dried chili peppers

How to make sauce

- Place a pan over medium heat and add the dried chilies, making sure not to burn them.
