10 essential qualities to be a successful entrepreneur

Whether you're a startup entrepreneur or leading a large enterprise, you need to know how to run your organization.

Let's test whether you will be a big boss or someone who has to report to every boss with the following 10 qualities.

(1) Perseverance

In 1890, Henry Ford began developing a vehicle called the Ford Quadracycle, which was a bicycle with a frame mounted on four wheels and powered by an ethanol engine. It was unsuccessful. Four years later, he founded the Ford Motor Company and began producing the Model T. This made him one of the richest people in the world.

(2) Thick enough to ignore criticism

An editor at the Kansas City Star once told Walt Disney that he had no new ideas or thoughts. But he ignored those words. And so he went on to create characters like Mickey Mouse, win 22 Academy Awards, and become the most successful director in the history of animation.

Today, almost no one in the world knows what Walt Disney is, and he has become a symbol of new ideas, new thoughts, and innovation.

( 3) The ability to see someone with talent.

If you want to make your business stand out from the crowd, you need to surround yourself with creative and talented people. Steve Jobs, the CEO of Apple , is known for his constant search for great employees.

Even when he was invited to give lectures by universities, he would often ask who would be a good employee for him. He personally interviewed about 5,000 job applicants in his lifetime and personally selected everyone on his team.

(4) A relaxed attitude about work

What do Google, Yahoo, and Facebook all have in common? All three of them started on a college campus. Many of the most respected business leaders are people who are not satisfied with their jobs and are constantly thinking about what they can do to improve their business.

(5) Fearlessness,

When Richard Bronson, founder of the Virgin Group, which includes more than 400 companies, was a child, his aunt made him a bet on a family trip: he had to learn to swim before the trip ended.

He couldn't swim well the whole trip. On the way home, he suddenly stopped his car near a river, jumped into the river, swam across, and won the race. He knew he would lose if he got home, so he pushed aside his fear and jumped into the river.

He believes in taking risks in business and doesn't like to stick to areas he's already familiar with.

“Learning to walk is learning by falling and getting back up. It’s not learning by following rules,” he said.

(6) Admitting mistakes

Amazon has removed the Animal Farms and 1984 novels from the Kindle Store without permission and without notifying Kindle Fire users. The move has angered many users.

Amazon then issued a statement acknowledging their mistake, with CEO Jeff Bezos issuing a formal apology, saying the company's approach to the problem was poor, biased, and inconsistent with the company's ethical values.

(7) Having a hard time

If you want to stay ahead in the business world, you have to be able to stand strong and stand your ground.

"If someone spits in your ear, throw it away. Throw it away. Show them your face," Donald Trump said.

"The business world is a fast-paced world. You often have to use your elbows," said Michael Bloomberg.

(8) Abundance of friendships and influence

But the above-mentioned stubbornness is only necessary. Normally, people are only willing to do good for those who deserve their affection.

"If I could buy the ability to interact with people in a way that's easy to understand, like coffee or sugar, I would pay more for that ability than anything else in the world."

John D Rockefeller once said.

John D Rockefeller used to pay.

(9) Clarity of vision

It all starts with an idea. Howard Schultz had an idea to open coffee shops all over the world under one brand. Then he turned that idea into reality and founded Starbucks.

“If you want to be an entrepreneur, you have to think big, then set even bigger goals, see what others don’t see, and then make that vision a reality,” he said.

(10) Passion

A good leader does whatever he does with passion. Passion and enthusiasm are the most important things. Steve Jobs once said this about this.

“You have to be burning with an idea, burning with the desire to make a problem, a wrong, a right. If you don't have passion from the beginning, you won't stand out from the crowd,” he said.

Oprah Winfrey said, “Passion, like a dream, is energy. Feel the power that comes from doing something that excites you.”
