son in law

The snowflakes had been melting and flowing for a week. Now a strong wind was blowing, enough to move even the most solid objects on the ground. The stars in the vast night sky were twinkling coolly, and the snowflakes were sparkling green in the moonlight, like the eyes of a hungry wolf.

It was about two o'clock in the morning. It was the deadliest time of the night, and not a single living creature was to be seen in the village. Even the dogs had found a place to hide, and the old watchman was probably home, either drinking a cup of tea or curling up by the fire with his eyes closed. The frost-covered roofs were silvery, and the trees looked like the ripples of a melting stream flowing against the dark sky.

However, all the windows of a house are illuminated with light, and moving figures and shadows can be seen through the light of the windows. In addition, the sounds of shouting and screaming from inside the house can be clearly heard breaking through the double-glazed windows and emerging outside.

At that moment, a door suddenly opened and an old man suddenly came out from under the elephant's gate. The old man stumbled down the stairs, leaning on the posts on one side, and stood awkwardly on the side of the stairs. Then, with a loud voice, he began to sing a song, "We have a golden land, and we will grow there." Then, noticing the silence around him again, he turned around and looked back towards the elephant's gate, as if he had been frightened, and after a while, he turned around and looked back towards the elephant's gate. He heard the sound of a metal barrel falling down and a noise coming from the other side. Soon, the door in front of the house swung open and people came out under the light. At the same time, the sound of people's footsteps on the dry snow began to be heard with a crunch.

"Uncle.. Ignatius, so.. where are you?"

"Hey, don't yell, he's even more handsome than you. To him, it's just a matter of time."

"The alcohol at the Ivan Novin house is very strong, sir."

"So you're the one who's been brought down to the water, so you'll know."

Small, noisy sounds broke through the silence and terror of the night.

At that moment, a young man and a young woman, both wrapped in a large snow-covered coat, emerged from the veranda above the elephant gate and watched the returning guests.

"Let's go and see the old man when he gets home," the young man said, stepping out onto the veranda.

"I'll be sleeping curled up in the snow for a long time. If possible, it's better to sleep here instead of going back," he continued.

"What are you talking about? I'm not like that. I'm a self-controlled animal, you understand?"

"Yes, of course, of course. Come on.. Come on, 11. Come on.. Come on.. Come on.. Come on.. May you all be blessed and healthy."

"Try to keep the baby in the cradle and give birth, okay?"

The sound of footsteps crunching on the dry snow gradually faded into the distance.

"We have a land of gold..." The old man's cracked voice gradually faded away and disappeared completely. And yet, silence and beauty once again filled the village, and the king prevailed.

"Well... this is how our life has begun from this moment," the young man said softly. The young woman did not respond, but instead, her body shivering from the cold, moved closer to the young man's skin under her coat.

The wedding was held quietly with a small audience, so instead of partying and dancing all night like other weddings, the crowd was called off early and dispersed.

Fyodor Solovyov was a leader of a group of tractor drivers, a cheerful, smiling, and good-natured young man. When he finished his work driving the tractor, he was always ready to fight or to challenge a strong driver. He was tall and agile, and his hair was curled in a carefree way like a child's hair. Fyodor was a good dancer and a good dancer, which made him popular with the girls.

Galina Zlobina was the secretary of the village Soviet in Kronsovo, where Fyodor and his tractor team were working. When they first met, they were suddenly at odds with Zoya Alekseevna, a round-faced schoolteacher.

“She’s not like a girl who’s always going to be a fool and a fool,” Galina thought to Zoya, and Zoya thought to herself, “She’s always hunting for men, the way she walks.” They both had a bad feeling about each other. However, Fyodor, who didn’t know their situation, took Zoya from her house to school one evening through a small pine forest, and the next evening he took Galina to her house in the pine forest on the other side of the village. However, when they met, they kept quiet and didn’t talk about each other, only about a girl who was a new arrival at the tractor factory. The girl was a graduate of an agricultural training school, and she was the one who came out on the day Fyodor was to leave work. She was smartly dressed in a high-collared shirt, and when she met Fyodor, she would always say, "Hey, Fyodor, you're a really talented person. So why don't you keep trying? Come on, let's go to the club today and try dancing, okay?"
