The five major organs of the public

(a) There can be no country without the people.

(b) The three branches of sovereignty held by the authorities—the executive, judicial, and legislative powers—did not fall from the sky, nor did they spring from the ground. They are powers bestowed upon them by the entire people.

(c) The salaries and allowances received by civil servants, from the President to the lowest level, are paid out of government funds provided by the public as taxes.

(d) The rice and rice that the authorities are consuming is rice and rice that the entire public has worked hard to cultivate.

(e) In the administration, in the police, in the defense, in every government department, it is not possible to work with only a group of people at the top. Each public servant will have to be appointed according to his position and position. Each public servant in this country is the son and daughter of the people. Because of these five major elements, the people must be placed in the place they deserve. In this way, the authorities must treat them with courtesy and respect.
