VOCABULARY FOR IELTS
Only by mastering vocabulary in IELTS can you get a good band in the 4 skills. That's why I would like to present vocabulary by important topic that is often asked in IELTS.
Relationships, Families and early learning. Vocabulary
hood is used to form a noun and shows something belongs to a particular group or has reached a particular stage.
Hood is used as a noun to indicate that something belongs to a specific group.
eg (1) adulthood (n) = adult life, age of maturity.
eg (2) brotherhood (n) = brotherhood, close understanding between humans.
eg (3) fatherhood (n) = fatherhood.
When studying vocabulary , it is important to learn the appropriate use of words together, called collocations.
Collocation for Relationship
Practice using the following sentences in writing.

Bond is often used to describe a very close relationship between people.

(5) nurture (v) = to raise.
Helping someone develop something is called nurturing.

(7) adolescence (n) =the stage between childhood and adulthood= adolescence, puberty,
