Original author's message
There is a saying that goes, “Everyone talks about the weather, but no one does anything to improve it.”
That is no longer true. Now, two of the world's superpowers have the power to control the weather around the world. The United States and Russia. Other countries are trying to catch up.
They are trying frantically. The study of the power of natural radiation, including the transmission of electrical energy into space, began in the late 1800s with the work of scientist Nikola Tesla. Now, this research has become a reality.
The consequences are enormous. Weather can be used for the good of the world, or it can be used as a weapon of destruction.
“Nikola Tesla (1956-1943) Serbian-born American electrical engineer and physicist; discovered alternating current (1881). Invented numerous devices and methods for the advancement of radio and electrical technology.”
In 1969, the United States Patent and Trademark Office granted a patent for an invention that would send artificial sea water vapor into the Earth's atmosphere.
In 1971, a patent was issued to Westinghouse Electronics Corporation for the development of a system for delivering intense radiation to planetary surface areas.
In the early 1970s, the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Oceans and Domestic Weather and Environmental Protection heard about the military's research into weather and climate change, and learned that the Department of Defense had plans to develop tidal waves that could be used in conjunction with nuclear weapons.
The threat of a global arms race between the United States and Russia was so great that in 1977, the United States and Russia signed a UN treaty to combat climate change, with the aim of preventing hostilities.
However, the treaty did not prevent climate change testing. In 1978, artificial rain was tested in six counties in northern Wisconsin. A 175-mph storm caused an estimated $50 million in damage. At the same time, Russia was conducting similar tests.
In 1992, the Wall Street Journal reported that a Russian company called "Electric Intelligence Technologies" was manufacturing and selling weather control devices with the slogan "We will command the weather." The devices were available to any country in the world. As mentioned, both superpowers continued to conduct weather control experiments, resulting in changes in the weather and climate. In the early 1980s, the press reported the following strange weather conditions:
"A high-pressure system about 800 miles off the coast of California has been blocking the normal movement of moist air from the Pacific Ocean for the past two months."
(“Tai” magazine, January 1981)
"A zone of abnormally high atmospheric pressure was forming across the globe from the west to the east, blocking normal weather conditions."
(New York Times, 29-7-1993)
All the weather disasters described in this novel really happened. We all know that weather is the greatest force. Whoever can control the weather...
- Can create hailstorms and tornadoes and disrupt the entire global economy.
-Can create drought and destroy all crops.
-Can cause earthquakes, hurricanes, and tsunamis. -Can cause airports around the world to close.
-Can destroy enemy battlefields.
If... a world leader said, "Everyone talks about the weather, but no one does anything to improve it," then all of us humans would be able to sleep soundly, healthy, and happy.
Hishasam: That statement is certainly true.

The beginning of the story
Berlin, Germany
Little did Sonja Brab think that today would be her last day on earth. She pushed through the summer tourists who were squirming on the platform of the Antardin Linden Road, walking as fast as she could. Don't be afraid, keep calm. She gave herself a dose of strength. - A message from her husband Frank that had recently appeared on her computer was terrifying.
Sonja.. Run fast, go to Artemisia Hotel, the message on the computer suddenly cut off until I received another message. Why didn't Frank finish his sentence? What's going on?
Sonja heard Frank on the phone last night telling someone that he had to stop “Prima” at all costs. Who was “Prima”?
We have arrived near the Artemisia Hotel. The hotel only accepts women. I will wait for Frank from here, and when he arrives, he will tell me about the benefits.
Sonja arrived at the intersection. The traffic light turned red. He stopped on the platform. Someone hit him. He fell to the ground. A luxury car that was parked illegally on the side of the road suddenly drove off and hit Sonja head-on, but luckily it only grazed him. Immediately, people gathered around him. What happened? Where did he go? Everyone was asking him anxiously.
At that moment, a passing ambulance suddenly stopped. Two nurses rushed out.
"Don't worry, we'll take care of him."
Then they loaded Sonja into the car. The car door was closed. They immediately drove away. Sonja was strapped to a stretcher. He tried to sit up but refused.
"It's okay, I'm fine," a nurse held her... "Don't get up, Froebbruff, stay still," Sonja looked up in shock... "Huh... how could you say my name..."
At that moment, he felt a needle go into his arm. And then, almost instantly, the world went dark. Marty Harris was alone at his desk at the Eiffel Tower in Paris, France. He didn't even notice that it was raining heavily. Lightning flashed through the raindrops, one after another.
On the other side of the Seine were the Palais de Chaillot and the Trocadero gardens. But Marquis did not seem to notice them. His attention was focused on one thing: the great news that was about to be broadcast to the whole world.
The rain was getting heavier and heavier. Harris covered his wrists with his sleeve and looked at his watch. They were late. And he wondered why they had arranged to meet at this place at midnight. Before he could finish his thoughts, he heard the elevator doors of the tower open. Two men were walking towards him, wafting through the rain and wind.
Harris recognized them. He thought to himself. "Why are you guys late?" "It's because of the rain and wind, Martha. Sorry... Sorry." "So you're here too. The meeting is all set to be held in Washington, right?"
"That's what I wanted to tell you. We had a long discussion all morning about how best to handle this matter, and then we made a decision..."
At that moment, the second man moved behind Harris. Then two unexpected events occurred in quick succession. He was hit hard on the head with a blunt, heavy object. Then he fell headfirst to the street from a height of thirty-eight stories.
