Despite suffering from an incurable disease, Muhammad Ali wrote this letter himself. He arranged the words. He carefully signed them. The Greatest, Muhammad Ali, openly shared his heartfelt advice. “Never give up, try to be happy, connect with others. Do what you believe is right.”
Muhammad Ali, who remains the most recognizable figure on earth, burst onto the scene as a gold medalist at the 1960 Rome Olympics. He was named Athlete of the Century by GQ magazine, Sports Illustrated named him Sportsman of the 20th Century, and the BBC named him Sports Personality of the Century. Muhammad Ali advocated for tolerance and understanding, feeding the hungry and caring for underprivileged children, and working tirelessly to make the world a better place for all. In 2005, he was awarded the United States' Presidential Medal of Freedom.
The greater the difficulty, the greater the obstacle.
The brighter the period of success,
Martin Luther King Jr. once said, “The time is always right to do what is right.” I think most people would agree with that statement. The truth is, there is a subtle but powerful part to it. It is knowing what is right. I will not try to tell others how to decide important matters. I will share with you how I have decided such important matters.
I am always interested in what is happening around me. I listen. I observe. I read. I take in ideas and information that make sense to me and adapt them to use throughout my life. I take them in. I work hard. I work harder. I try to be the best I can be at what I do. I have learned that difficult times are part of our journey through life. However, these challenges can make life interesting. They can hurt during those times. They can make us anxious and fearful. The greater the obstacles, the brighter the days of success. I am determined not to close the door of opportunity that has opened up for me because I am not sure that I can do something. Even when I have achieved my goals, the harder I work, the further I can go. Furthermore, I found that the long journey itself was a huge adventure.
It's also important to be happy. I like my life. No matter what situation I'm in, or what I'm doing, I take positivity from my experiences. I interact with everyone around me and live in harmony with the times. I want people to be positive about themselves. I try to make them laugh and be happy as much as I can.
Essentially, I had a strong faith in God Himself and His great vision for everything He wanted my life to be.
No matter how rich I am, how powerful I am, or how much control I have over others, I have taken all of these lessons as my guiding principles and made decisions when I believed in my heart that they were right. I have also accepted the consequences of my choices. For me, “whatever I believe is right is everything.”

Look for that silver lining.
In my opinion, people should look for the silver lining. So what someone else might consider a disaster at 10 a.m. might be a potential opportunity for them at 5 p.m. The challenge is to move 180 degrees around the problem and look for the silver lining. Every time I have overcome a bad situation in my life, I have always come out stronger because I have found that silver lining.
Another thing is that you have to look at the bright side. Life is full of opportunities that you can take advantage of. Sometimes, we tend to be too pessimistic about everything. However, in every challenge, every problem, there is always a solution and an opportunity.
I don't see an easy way to achieve financial success and wealth in life. Most people I know are successful. Most are much more successful than I am. They work hard and succeed. They have the right mindset and succeed. They follow the instructions in the book and succeed. If the current generation of leaders in industry and finance can follow the same basic values that have made them successful, the next generation will likely follow them. They will have a better weapon. They will be able to bring about a future that is more successful than the past.
