About me

My name is Maung Zeyar Htun. I am (10) years old. I am studying in the fourth grade at Primary and Post-Primary School No. (4) in Chan Aye Tha Zan Township, Mandalay.

My father is U Zaw Htun and my mother is Daw Thet Ma. My father is a municipal official and my mother is a doctor working at the General Hospital. We have only two siblings and my younger sister is in first grade. My grandparents also live in our house. Our family lives in Building No. (7) of the Municipal Housing Complex in Maha Myaing Ward.

I am a student in grades 1 to 10 in my class. I try my best not to fall below that grade. My class teacher is Daw Thein Thein and she takes great care of me.

I have two very close friends. They are Chan Sim Sim Chan and Amazin Shan. We are neighbors and playmates and study buddies. I study in the morning. I play in the evening. After dinner, I do my homework. On school days, I read the books that my mother bought me. I also listen to and memorize the stories that my grandmother told me.

When I grow up, I want to be a doctor like my mother. I will try to become one. I will repay my father and mother. I have decided that I will try to become a good and intelligent person.
