Practical leadership
A seminar was organized by Saya Aye Kyaw (CEO, MHR, Myanmar Human Resources) for the Nargis Fund at IBC (International Business Centre) under the title "Leadership Skills". Professor Dr. Aung Htun Thet, myself (Dr. Nay Zin Latt) and Saya U Aye Kyaw discussed from our own perspectives. Each person can attend for 40,000 kyats and contribute to the Nargis Fund. The main organizer was Saya U Aye Kyaw.
Forty thousand kyats per person is the highest fee to date. The number of registrants is more than double the number of people who have registered, which suggests that there is a very good potential for Myanmar's human resource development. Professor Dr. Aung Tun Thet is the most prominent person who has conducted the largest number of seminars in Myanmar, and Professor U Aye Kyaw is also a prominent figure in Human Resource Training gs, who has been consistently implementing MHR. I originally studied architecture, then served in the engineering corps, retired and worked in local and foreign business, and wrote many articles on management. I spoke on "Leadership in Action" (248-2008).
" Practical Leadership "
I divided my talk into three (3) parts. It's not a topic that can be covered in the allotted three (3) hours, but I was able to cover practical topics that were not too high or too low. Part (1) Globalization & Leadership
(2) Power & Leaders
(3) Comparative to Competitive Advantage
Question and Answer Section
The Q&A session was very well attended. It was attended by MBAs, senior managers, doctors, and engineers, and I can say that they were very well-versed in the basics. I was thrilled because I usually like people who ask advanced questions.

Part (1)
Globalization
Why is globalism being discussed? The quality of leaders can be compared because of globalism. From family members to large companies, international leaders, and regional leaders, we can no longer go by our own scale. When leaders meet, we have to adjust the scale. That is a positive result of globalization, which is globalism.
