This book only contains basic knowledge related to the natural science called philosophy, hence the name of the book, "Philosophy Kagyi Khakwe".
Although it is said that the basic knowledge and insights of philosophy are important, the historical development of philosophy, as well as the problems of thinking in the history of world thought, are also included as much as possible.
I believe that this book will be a part, if not a force, of the effort to change social thinking in line with the times.
It is a modern secular philosophy, a scientific concept with principles and a system (framework). The main purpose of philosophy is to understand the natural world and use it for the benefit of mankind. Humans cannot know the events and changes of this world in any way except through philosophy. Therefore, humans must systematically investigate the events and changes within the physical world within their reach.
Thinking about lives beyond our reach, even though we still don't fully understand the world within our reach, is not scientific thinking.
There have been philosophical works in Burmese literature. However, these ideas tended to be metaphysical, and there were almost no secular ideas.
(When we look for the fundamental reason for the development of science in the West, it is clear that it is due to the development of secular thought (philosophy). Therefore, we, who live in this era of scientific advancement, need to not only study the already great scientific edifice, but also understand the foundation upon which that edifice has been built. That foundation is none other than philosophy, which is the science of exploring the natural world with intelligence and seeking answers.)
This book aims to help students and those who are interested in philosophy, from the basics, to the basics . This book is only the beginning of philosophy and is only intended to stimulate further study of the depth and breadth of this knowledge.
Let us march towards a better and more peaceful society with rational ideas and scientific thinking.

What is philosophy?
Philosophy is a Greek word (philosophia - love + sophia - knowledge) meaning the love of knowledge, the pursuit of knowledge, and the pursuit of knowledge.
The broad meaning of this word is that philosophy is the study of the natural states of things in the world, both in a general and in a detailed way, and attempts to understand them. The acquisition of such knowledge about the world and the application of that knowledge to humanity are the business of philosophy.
However, philosophy is not a science that analyzes and criticizes the truths of the world in a laboratory like science. It is a science that studies and criticizes those truths purely theoretically using theoretical methods.
Philosophy is also the study of the entire natural world from questions such as: What kind of creature is man? How is man different from other creatures?
In such thinking, we do not call it philosophy, thinking and imagining things in a chaotic manner as we please. Philosophy is only the concept of thinking and imagining with rules, frameworks, and systems.
Philosophy is not the study of a single part of nature, like history, mathematics, physics, psychology, or chemistry. It is the study of the entire world.
How Philosophy Developed
Western philosophy is believed to have developed from the society of the Khoma people. The Khoma people were first amazed when they saw the changes and events in the natural world. From this amazement, they gradually began to wonder why these events and changes were happening. This is where philosophy began.
However, when philosophy first emerged, the primitive intellect of the Khmer people made it impossible to separate religion and philosophy.
There must be some modification of world events. What is that modification? This question has become important.
The philosophers of the world contemplated the unchanging truth behind the changes that occurred. They also gave various answers to the above question. However, their philosophy was illogical because it was a thought that went beyond the material world.
However, their efforts had a profound impact on science, mathematics, and other disciplines that would later emerge in the history of world thought.
By the time of Aristotle, however, we see that the ideas of the philosophers had become scientific. The ways of human life and human knowledge were also considered by the philosophers.
When we entered the modern era, the shape of thought changed. We began to think about the relationship between the physical world and the human being. Does this world exist? How can people know this world? Is what people know true? The problem of knowledge has become great.
As science advanced in the West, philosophy gradually became more systematic. However, metaphysical thoughts did not disappear.
As we entered the 20th century, the influence of science in the world had grown greatly, and philosophy had also flourished greatly, so thinkers began to change their views on philosophy. They began to see that philosophy was the basis of science, just as philosophy was the basis of mathematics.
When philosophy was discovered to be one with science, philosophical methods of thinking also became scientific.
Philosophy is, in fact, a human perspective on life, and that perspective is a beacon that leads humanity to a better and more progressive state.
