If you ask me which is more difficult, teaching adults or children, those who teach children will say that it is more difficult to teach children, and those who teach adults will say that it is more difficult to teach adults.

When teaching children, they say that it is easier to teach children because they are easy to be soothed and calm. As for adults, they say that it is easier to teach them because they are already old enough to understand and do not have to be taught as much as children. In fact, if you can teach, it is easy to teach anyone.

As adults understand the value of money, they become more and more interested in the courses they have to take, and they put in a lot of effort. Since adults cannot be punished for not being good at something, teachers often give them the assurance that if they want to learn, they will value it more. Therefore, in the courses that adults take, it is not possible to assume that the entire class will understand this knowledge after the class, and that they will be able to stand on this knowledge. Only those who try hard in these courses will excel. Their desire and hard work come from their own efforts.

This is not the case with children. When teaching children, you need to teach them to understand the entire grade level. That way, they will understand the material in this grade and will have no difficulty moving on to the next grade. This is where the difference between someone who doesn't teach children and someone who does.

Those who do not teach children think that children can read by listening to them quietly and quietly. So they listen to the children without moving their feet, fingers, or even ears, and if possible, they listen to the children, and if they are asked to recite, memorize, and repeat the words aloud, the child has learned. If they can answer the questions on paper, they have passed. Because of the memorization and verbal teaching, the real meaning does not reach the child's brain and they do not think about it.

If a child does not understand the concept in their brain, they will easily forget it. They will forget it soon after learning and not know why it happened. They will try to memorize it in their head so that they will not fail the exam, get their grades up, and then leave the exam room, and then try to memorize the next language and answer the questions in the exam room by heart.

Children who memorized only get a university degree after passing grade after grade. When they actually enter the workforce, what they have worked hard for their entire lives is just memorized, so they don't really understand it. So if you start studying from the basics when you enter the workforce, you have to relate it to the books you memorized. If you ask them about geography, history, economics, biology, and general theory that they had memorized at that time, most people would think that the person asking them is crazy. This is because most of them memorized it, so they don't understand it and remember it.
