Introduction

The key to the growth and development of a country is none other than its citizens. No matter how rich a country is in natural resources, if its citizens are not good people, that country cannot grow and develop in any way.

Even if a country is not rich in natural resources, if its citizens are good people, that country can prosper. The best example is England.

Citizens are nothing more than a large organization of families. Therefore, to make citizens good citizens means to make every family good citizens.

A family is nothing else. It is a group of father and mother, or husband and wife, and children. Therefore, when we say that every family must be made into good people, it also means that the father and mother, or husband and wife, and children in that group must be made into good people.

In this Union policy -

(1) Ways to be a good father,

(2) Ways to be a good mother,

(3) Ways to be a good husband,

(4) Ways to be a good wife,

(5) Ways to be good children,

(6) Ways to be a good teacher,

(7) In addition to the ways to be a good disciple, there are many good ways to become a good person, no matter what job you do or what life you live, as long as you are a human being in this world.

The good methods contained in the Union Policy are good methods that are not only for the present benefit but also for liberation from all the sufferings of samsara.

These good methods are not the ideas and writings of ordinary people. They are the good methods that have been carefully selected from the teachings of the Buddha himself, the infallible and omniscient.

Therefore

(1) Those who desire the prosperity and development of the Union of Myanmar,

(2) Those who desire both their present and future interests,

(3) Those who want to be good fathers,

(4) Those who want to be good mothers,

(5) Those who want to be good husbands,

(6) Those who want to be good wives,

(7) Those who want to be good children,

(8) Those who want to be good teachers,

(9) Those who want to be good disciples,

(10) Be a good person and be a leader everywhere.

Those who want to stay in the ranks, and this Union policy-

(A) Read.

(b) Read it many times.

(c) Please read carefully.

(d) Memorize everything you read.

(e) Please note with special care.

(f) I strongly urge you to practice and build up your life according to the good methods and paths that you have carefully observed, without breaking or breaking. May all readers be free from all dangers.
