First day
If every day were the first day of your life, you would be happy.
The day you start your life is a joy. The day you start your education is a joy. The day you get married is a joy. The day you start your job is a joy. The day you buy a new car is a joy. The day you meet new friends is a joy. The day you start your journey is a joy. The day you start your flight is a joy. The day you have your first child is a joy. The day your child starts calling you mom is a joy.
If you treat every day as the first day of your life, it will be a joyous day.
Let's say we approach life like a math problem.
If you ask how much one plus one is, they will answer two.
If you were asked the answer to 8 x 345678 x 46, you would need a calculator to answer it.
So, if life presents an easy problem, the answer will be easy. If you make life a difficult problem, the answer will be difficult.
So if you want to live a happy life, you can't do difficult things. Happiness is not something you get from others. It is something you create for yourself to be happy.
It will be a burden for someone who has built their life around status, prestige, money, and fame.
Those who build their lives with honesty and integrity will find it easy.
A light person will live a comfortable life.
So work to reduce attachment.
Those who eat well, sleep well, interact without discrimination, and do not rely on groups are certainly not stressed.
For someone who has built their life around position, money, prestige, and fame, carrying that burden throughout their life will be a burden that will weigh heavily on them.
The more longings, the more tiring it becomes.
The more desires there are, the more bonds there are,
Everything you hold on to will be just bonds.
The more ties there are, the greater the burden.
For those who are burdened with life and are tired, it is not easy to be happy.
