My special interest is in the subject.

Maung Aung Myat

I am a student studying in the university entrance course of a high school. I am taking the science course, so I am studying Burmese, English, mathematics, physics, chemistry, and biology. All of these subjects are interesting and interesting. However, among these subjects, there is one subject that I am particularly interested in. I will also explain why I am particularly interested in that subject.

My special interest is English. I have loved English since I was a child. In other words, it is the foundation of my English. I think the reason I loved it when I was a child is because of the teacher who taught me. Because that teacher taught us children to write beautifully. After teaching, she asked who had mastered it and gave us bread. When I was a child, I always had bread to eat when I finished learning English, so I loved it.

When I was in the fourth grade, my English teacher, Daw San Yin, told us that Burma was ruled by the British and that they had conquered half of the world. She would also teach us English by saying, “Since English is the world’s third language, if you understand English, you can read any foreign book you want.” She was very good at teaching. She also explained all the topics very well. I didn’t know that at the time, but now that I know, I am very grateful to her.

Then, when I reached high school, I became interested in English because of the teaching of my teacher, Daw Sein Sein. The teacher told me that the university entrance exam was important for me to reach my goal. Therefore, I needed to master English well, and if I could learn English, most of the other languages would be written in English. That's why she explained each of our words in detail. She also focused on word pairs and taught me how to use them correctly, which was interesting.

. If I had to share my other experiences, when I was young, my parents bought me Shwe Thwey Journal every week. At first, I only read books written in Burmese. Then, I gradually learned to read English as well, which was fun and interesting.

When I reached middle school, I was asked to read world-famous fairy tales written in English. Then I also read Pathi novels. Then I started reading a translated novel called “Around the World in Eighty Days.” The book was written in both English and Burmese, so I could read it in Burmese as well as in English. In addition, when I reached ninth grade, I started reading other short stories one by one. Those stories and short stories were funny and good. They also provided a variety of experiences. Therefore, it was interesting.

It is very appropriate that English is included as one of the subjects in the matriculation examination. English is a world language and is also spoken and written in English in developed countries of the West. Therefore, we need advice and ideas from them. Therefore, it is important to learn English. Therefore, the government has gradually improved the content of the textbooks for students from kindergarten to high school. Therefore, we also know what level of English we should have at which grade level. -

If I were to describe my English learning, I would start with my kindergarten teacher. She was very pleased with the way she served me snacks after the lesson. After that, I studied the lessons of Ms. San Yin carefully. In addition, Ms. Sein Sein's teaching and good communication skills made me want to learn English. That

I have noticed that I have been particularly interested in English since childhood. I have not read the journals and stories that my parents read to me since childhood. However, I read them only because I was interested in English. The short stories I read in the ninth grade were read with an active desire to read. Therefore, I think that my passion and interest in English have been growing gradually since childhood. .

I think English is more interesting to me because it is a global language and because I can get advice from Western countries. If you don't know English, you won't be able to read even a simple medical prescription. In addition, when you travel abroad or visit, you have to write and speak in English. If you know English, it will also be convenient for those who write translated novels. Nature has created a country where we can automatically practice and write in more than one language, so English is a particularly interesting subject.
